Lipids are found more in lymph due to the absorption of fats are taking place in the lacetals of the villi which present in the small intestine which are joined into lymphatic system, now as all the chylomicrons that are the small droplets of fats covered with proteins are travelled with the lacetals then it is very obvious that the amount of lipid will be much greater in lymph because fats are only absorbed in the lacetal that is lymph.
